These terms govern your use of the SEO Sandwich website and the SEO content writing services provided by Matter Solutions Pty Ltd ABN [TBC] (“we“, “us“, or “SEO Sandwich“). By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Our services

SEO Sandwich provides SEO content writing services through one-off sprint packages (Starter Sandwich, Classic Sandwich, Full Stack Sandwich) and monthly Done For You blog content plans (Snack Pack, Lunch Order, Catering). Each package has its specific deliverables, word counts, and delivery timelines as set out on the relevant product page. Those product-page descriptions form part of these terms.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through this website using Airwallex. Payment is taken in full at the time of order for one-off sprint packages, and on a monthly basis for Done For You plans (with the first month taken upfront at sign-up).

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include or exclude GST as stated at checkout. Once an order is placed and payment is received, the order enters a 3 business day kickoff window during which we confirm your brief, assign a writer, and book a kickoff call.

3. Delivery timelines

Sprint delivery timelines are estimates from the close of the kickoff call, not from the moment of payment. Specifically: Starter Sandwich is delivered in 14 to 21 days; Classic Sandwich in 21 to 30 days; Full Stack Sandwich in 30 to 40 days.

Delivery may take longer if you do not respond to drafts within the agreed turnaround windows, or if you request scope changes mid-sprint. We will let you know in writing if your timeline is at risk.

4. Revisions

Every piece of content includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are available but must be scoped and quoted before any extra work is performed.

5. Ownership and licensing

Upon receipt of full payment for an order, all SEO content delivered to you (text, outlines, metadata, and internal linking maps) becomes your property to use, modify, publish, and resell as you see fit. We retain the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio in general terms unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Cancellations

One-off sprint packages are paid upfront and non-refundable once the sprint begins.

Done For You monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. We do not pro-rate cancellations mid-month.

7. Your obligations

You agree to: provide accurate and complete information in your content brief; respond to drafts and revision requests within the agreed turnaround windows; hold the rights to any materials you provide to us; and not require us to write content that is defamatory, misleading, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you have paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost revenue, lost rankings, or lost opportunities).

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Queensland.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
