About SEO Sandwich

SEO Sandwich is operated by Matter Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 74 100 987 451). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us at hello@sandwichseo.com.

Orders and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. A GST charge of 10% is added for orders with Australian billing addresses. Orders from international billing addresses are GST-free.

Full payment is required at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Airwallex. We do not store your card details.

The Sprint Process

Access to your projects portal is provided immediately after payment is confirmed. Your content brief must be submitted before the sprint can commence.

Once your brief has been reviewed and accepted by our team (within 2 business days), a writer is assigned and the delivery window begins. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

• Starter: 14 to 21 business days
• Classic: 21 to 30 business days
• Full Stack: 30 to 40 business days

If a brief remains unaddressed for 28 or more days from the order date, your order may be paused until the brief is submitted and accepted.

Deliverables

All content is delivered as documents within your projects portal. Each piece is publish-ready and includes a meta title, meta description, and internal linking recommendations.

CMS uploading is available as an optional paid add-on service at $50 per article.

Revisions

Each piece of content includes two rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted through the projects portal within 14 days of delivery. If no revision request is received within this period, the content is considered accepted.

Done For You Monthly Plans

Done For You monthly plans are subscription services that renew automatically on the same date each month. To cancel your subscription, submit your cancellation request through the projects portal before the 20th of the current month.

Topic requests must be received by the monthly deadline. Topics submitted after the deadline will be scheduled for the following month.

Intellectual Property

Full ownership of all delivered content transfers to you upon receipt of cleared payment. We retain no rights to the content once payment has been confirmed and the content delivered.

Refunds and Cancellations

We do not offer refunds once a sprint has commenced. A sprint is considered commenced once the brief has been accepted and a writer has been assigned.

If you cancel before your brief has been accepted, you are entitled to a full refund minus any payment processing fees charged by our payment provider.

Word Count Variance

Word counts are approximate. A variance of up to 10% either way may occur where it improves the quality, clarity or naturalness of the content.

We do not add unnecessary filler purely to hit an exact word count. Our focus is on producing complete, useful and natural content that serves the topic properly.

For example, if a product includes approximately 1,000 words, the final content may reasonably be slightly above or below that amount.

Agency Discount Structure

Approved agency accounts may receive access to agency pricing or agency discounts on eligible products and services.

Agency discounts are linked to the approved agency account and may only apply to selected products, packages or services. Some custom quotes, special offers, manually invoiced services or excluded products may not be eligible for agency discounts.

Agency discounts are intended for agencies ordering services for their own clients or for internal agency delivery. Agency pricing should not be publicly advertised as standard retail pricing without written permission from SandwichSEO.

SandwichSEO may update, pause or remove agency discounts if required, including where an account is no longer operating as an agency account or where the discount is being used outside the intended agency arrangement.

The current volume discount tiers are:

• 1 to 4 orders in 12 months: standard pricing
• 5 to 9 orders: 5% discount
• 10 to 19 orders: 10% discount
• 20 or more orders: 15% discount

The applicable agency discount will be shown in the agency account, cart or checkout where available.

Confidentiality and Agency Client Protection

We treat client, agency and end-client information as confidential.

Any briefs, business information, strategy documents, website details, project materials, login and access details, or client information shared with SandwichSEO will only be used to deliver the agreed services, manage the project, provide support or meet legal requirements.

For agency clients, we understand that you may be ordering work on behalf of your own clients. We will treat your client information and end-client project details as confidential. We will not contact your clients directly unless you ask us to, give us permission, or it is required to deliver an agreed service.

We may share project information with trusted team members, contractors or service providers where needed to deliver the work, but only for the purpose of completing the agreed service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
